14 "enduring bases" in Iraq, essentially forever, and there's no need for Congress to approve this? Please, Senator Reid, and citizens, read Bruce Ackerman's column here:

The Senate needs to insist that no such "forever" agreement be established without Congressional authorization.  Or do we like living in a dictatorship?
