Mucasey still claims indecision in the face of overwhelming fact in regards to whether "waterboarding" is torture. Here's the quickest and most effective way for the man to get to the heart (or lungs, as it were) of the matter: Waterboard him! I think the man is in the position as attorney general to get the facts first-hand and make an informed decision: Waterboard him! Waterboard him! Hey, if it's a just a harmless fun new water sport, why won't he give it a try? What has he got to lose? I don't think anyone who is unwilling to get the info directly on such important matters should hold the position as the supreme law enforcement officer in our country...
