Am I missing something? The Washington Post Votes Database on Senate actions show Senator Reid voting NO, and all the other Dem senators voting YES. Is this a misprint? I sure hope so. The url is Link

It's a formality that allows Senator Reid to introduce the amendment again. If he had voted for cloture and it still lost (which it was going to do with or without his vote) then it could not have been brought up again as it is, and would have had to be introduced as something completely new. You'll see the same pattern on numerous other bills, for example the immigration bill the first time around Reid voted against, so he could introduce it again later.
